ABCommunity

ABCommunity is the permanent multi-stakeholder work table that meets several times a year and was created according to criteria of territoriality, competence, knowledge and relationship. 

The table involves all stakeholders in the achievement of one or more of the 9 Objectives of the "Sustainability Plan 2045" through the proposal of ideas and the definition of a concrete path for their realisation. 

Within the project, individual steps, KPIs and communication actions are defined. As members of the table, we are committed to realising these projects within a defined and shared time frame.

One of the most important projects is the 'Provincial Water Day', an event co-designed since 2022 to raise awareness in the local community about the sustainable management of water resources.

ABACO - Acque Bresciane Academy for Communities

In 2022, together with SMAE-Unibs, we designed and launched ABACO, a training course of excellence for people engaged in administrative activities with the awareness that, today more than ever, the chance to make a difference depends on skills. 

The course proposes a sustainable and strategic vision of public services, with a focus on the water sector and local authorities. Furthermore, it aims to develop sound decision-making skills and offers important networking opportunities, combining interventions from the world of research and institutions with case studies from the experience of our managers.

The first edition of the course saw the involvement of 24 municipalities. Speakers included personalities from authoritative realities such as Ref Ricerche, Arera, Utilitalia, Aato, the University of Brescia and the Milan Polytechnic, with the awarding of certificates in the presence of philosopher Prof. Umberto Galimberti.
