We are a young and growing company engaged in the management of integrated water service in the Brescia area. Sustainability is not just a value, but the goal of concrete work every day, to be achieved through challenging goals, measurable results and great transparency.
We are Top Employers Italy 2024. Top Employers Certification is the official recognition of corporate excellence in Human Resources (HR) policies and strategies and their implementation to contribute to people's well-being, improve the work environment and the world of work. To obtain Top Employers Certification you must demonstrate that you achieve and meet the high standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey. The Survey covers 6 macro areas in HR, examines and analyzes in depth 20 different topics and respective Best Practices, including people centricity, work environment, talent acquisition, training, wellness, diversity and inclusion, and many others. The Certification represents official recognition of our important and ongoing commitment to caring for our people.
In 2023, we achieved another important recognition: the Certification on Gender Equality, according to the UNI 125:2022 reference practice. For several years, we have been valuing and promoting diversity and inclusion (D&I).On the cultural level, we have established a Steering Committee and joined the networks of Fondazione Sodalitas and Utilitalia. On a concrete level we draw up annual action plans, with a dedicated budget and annual reporting. We monitor pay equity and professional growth opportunities by gender, communicate these indices and promote numerous training projects, just to give examples of the attention we pay with respect to D&I issues.
This path has enabled us to obtain gender equality certification, through the audit of the accredited body Bureau Veritas. An achievement that places us among the first companies in Italy that stand out for attention to professional growth opportunities and equal pay for gender, parenting policies and work-life balance . Among the initiatives implemented are training interventions on inclusive languages, 2 more days of leave for new fathers and 20% more parental leave quota in the first 12 months of babies' lives.
