Rovato counters open to the public:
- Mondays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m;
- Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m;
- Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
On Nov. 4 (Rovato's patron saint) and midweek holidays the counters will be closed.

The Padenghe sul Garda counter is open to the public:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 3:30 p.m.
- Wednesday (continued) from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.
On November 22 (Padenghe's patron saint) and midweek holidays the counters will be closed.
On Aug. 20, 22, 27 and 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., an additional information service will be operating for clarifications and insights on billing, at the information point in the new location at Via Mameli No. 2/R in Gardone Val Trompia, inside Le Cornelle shopping center.
The Gardone Val Trompia counter is for former ASVT users and residents of the Trompia Valley only.

The Gardone Val Trompia counter is open to the public:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Throughout the month of April, the counter will also be open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2 to 4:30 p.m. for billing and bill clarification with the exception of the period from 25/04 to 29/04 inclusive.
