It is our planning document, with a time horizon of 2045, the same as the Industrial Plan and the date on which the concession of the Integrated Water Service to our company will expire. Right from the title, Every Drop Counts, it takes our purpose and sets nine challenging goals, to which 20 indicators and 45 activities are linked. Each year the Sustainability Report reports on the progress of activities and sets targets, including economic targets, for the following year.
