In this section you will find all the information about condominium utilities, which are subject to specific rules. They are generally managed by the condominium administrator or, for smaller properties, by the person whose name is on the bill.
If the meter serves more than one property unit (even just two, as in the case of a duplex), your utility is considered condominium. Condominium utilities can refer to properties that house units intended for different uses: residential, commercial, craft.
If you live in a condominium where each individual unit has its own meter, you can refer to the Private section.
In order to initiate any paperwork, you will need to have your ID card, the administrator's social security number, the minutes of appointment, and the condominium's tax identification number on hand.
If there is no condominium administrator, the paperwork can be handled by the owner of the supply.
