After submitting the request for a new connection quote, our technicians will contact you for a joint inspection to determine the methods and location of the meters to be installed.

You will receive the cost estimate by mail or email. After making the payment, we will proceed with the implementation of the works as defined in the quote.

Please note that, in the case of a water connection, the implementation of the connection does not include the installation of the meter. The meter will only be installed after the signing and submission of the activation request form.

How to request a new contract?

After the connection has been made, you can request the installation of the meter by signing a new contract.

What will you need?

  • Identification document of the account holder or legal representative
  • Copy of the registration certificate with the Chamber of Commerce or company profile
  • Copy of the building permit or a self-declaration of notoriety or a copy of a bill from another public service at the property (telephone, electricity, gas)
  • Cadastral data of the property (must be provided within 20 days from the contract delivery date)
  • Authorization from the account holder for those who need to sign the contract but are not the account holder

For livestock purposes, a copy of the company profile must also be provided, and a specific form (where to find it?) must be completed. The form should be accompanied by documents certifying the existence of the livestock facility in order to access the special tariff provided by the current regulations.

How to request a new contract?

When the meter is present and functioning, the "voltura" process allows you to change the account holder for the water service without interrupting the water supply.

To request the "voltura" for an industrial authorization previously granted, visit the "Discharge authorization" section.

If the "voltura" is requested for the sale of the property, change of tenant, or any other reason other than the death of the previous account holder, you will need the following documents:

  • Identification card and tax code of the legal representative
  • Completed and signed "voltura" form by the previous account holder
  • Copy of the identification card of the previous account holder
  • Meter reading
  • Account details or copy of a bill
  • Copy of the document proving ownership of the property or the rental contract, including registration with the tax authorities
  • Cadastral data
  • Authorization if the new account holder is not personally handling the procedure.

"Voltura" form

How to request a "voltura"?

If the meter is present, but it has been sealed because the previous user requested the contract closure, you need to fill out an activation request.

To suspend the supply and terminate the contract, it is necessary to seal the meter.

You will need the following documents:

  • Copy of the identification document of the legal representative.
  • Written authorization in case a representative of the applicant is present, along with a copy of the delegate's identification document.
  • Declaration regarding the ownership of the property with the relevant certificates - only in case of the death of the account holder.

How to proceed:

Once you have the necessary documents, you can submit the request.

How to communicate changes to personal data?

If you change the intended use of the property associated with your utility service - for example, from residential to business or vice versa - you must promptly notify us. The tariff changes will take effect from the date of submission of the variation request.

How to communicate changes in usage?

The activation of industrial wastewater discharge requires obtaining authorization from the Brescia ATO. You can make a request by completing the following forms.

The activation of industrial discharge is subject to obtaining the approval for introduction from Società Acque Bresciane S.r.l., which must be expressly requested by the owner of the discharge by submitting the following forms.

It is always necessary to contact the ATO to request a transfer of a previously granted industrial authorization.

By February 28th of each year, industrial users are required to submit a completed self-reporting form to Acque Bresciane S.r.l., regarding the discharge generated by the facility and disposed of in the public sewer in the previous year.
