According to the "Guidelines regarding personal data processing, also included in administrative documents, for promotional and transparency purposes on the web by public operators and other obliged entities” – attached to the Resolution of the Italian Data Protection Authority n. 243 of 15/5/2014, all personal data published on the site and in particular in the section Transparency Policy, are to be considered “reusable only on the conditions in compliance with the legislation in force regarding public data reuse (EU regulation 2003/98/CE and Law Decree 36/2006 as per implementation), compatibly with the purposes for which they have been collected and recorded, and in compliance with the legislation regarding personal data protection”.
